REAPER has stopped working error after I-L plugin upgrades

Hi- I installed the 64-bit versions of my Image-Line plugins (Maximus, Parametric EQ2 and whatever else is in the Juice Pack) and upon starting REAPER got the message "REAPER has stopped working and will close now." This was under Windows 7 (I have a dual-boot W7 & 8 system.) I started it again and REAPER worked fine, but gave me the same error upon quitting the session. Then I rebooted into Windows 8 and got the same error. Maybe this is something I need to take up with Image-Line? REAPER works fine after I restart it, and in fact under Windows 7 it didn't give an error message the last few times I quit it. Since both crashes happen in IL files - only they can make use of the offset address, sorry. Obviously their multiband compressor is crashing on initial scan, maybe it's just that plug-in? Maybe it makes a difference when the plug-in is being scanned, can you try scanning while REAPER is running, with "Clear cache and re-scan" in Preferences->Plug-ins->VST? A (probably) safe way to do that: 1. Backup your REAPER resource folder (just in case) 2. Reboot 3. Move the IL plug-in folder (or just the 'IL Multiband Compressor.dll') out of REAPER's VST plug-in search path (using Explorer/some other filemanager) before you start REAPER, keep the file manager open. 4. Start REAPER (plug-in can't crash now) 5. Move the IL plug-in folder back to its old place 6. Hit "Clear cache and re-scan" in Preferences.
