Good but cheap compressors

Anybody have any suggestions for a good quality, but low cost compressors. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Christian

I think the Alesis Nanocompressor is low cost but decent quality. Stereo too.

Remember you can use the compressor/limiter that came with protools LE. Insert the compressor onto an aux track and buss it to an audio track that way the compressor will print to disc. If you want an outboard compressor, try the "ART (TubPac)" Its a Real Tube preamp/compressor/limiter.$200. Is a very simple good sounding unit. Mars and Sam Ash have em. TTRIP

The Behringer "Composer Pro" is a great compressor/limiter/gate in that price range. Very clean...2channel XLR in and out...link funcionality, etc... chad [This message has been edited by CYork (edited February 04, 2001).]

The company is FMR. RNC is the product and it stands for "Real Nice Compressor. Dave
