Resyncing audio/video in reaper

Ive videos/movies which have audio/video sync problem.How can i edit the video in reaper &correct the problem.I improve audios for music videos very successfully in reaper.I export only the edited audio &later mux it using other applications. But how do i solve this sync problem? Thanks in advance.

You cannot edit videos in Reaper. You need a video editor to do that. I highly recommend Sony Vegas Movie Studio ($50 or less). One of the biggest sync problems is sample rate. CDs are finalized at 16bit/44.1khz; audio for video is >> 16bit/48khz << If you export an audio track at 44.1khz and drop it into a video, it will go off-sync because the 29.97 frames per second of video DROPS FRAMES every minute to even out that frames-per-second number, throwing the audio out of sync. Exporting the audio at 16bit/48khz will stop that from happening.

But i only want to correct the sync problem.In reaper i edit audios of videos regularly ,apply Fxs to them &export the audio track &later mux it with the video.But how can i correct the sync problem in Reaper? Somebody plz help.
