made some music using a whitney houston tape

the other month i chanced upon an old cassette of whitney houston hits at a car boot sale. i recorded parts of it into the pc while playing it at at slow speed using my variable pitch cassette player all the sounds in the piece come from the music on the tape or noises and inaccuracies that occurred when the tape was playing mastered in reaper. it was interesting matching up some of the sounds to images, and leaving some just as they were. some of them seemed to match up of their own accord hope you like it anyway cheers

I really enjoyed the audio, very hypnotic. However, I cannot watch the video... it starts to creep me out in about 20 seconds! REALLY CREEPY -ScottyD

heh heh - thanks the film has had a few comments actually - like you, some found it a bit creepy/weird. some said it was quite funny. it's all fairly positive though, which is nice thanks again
