Creating Drum loops in Reaper

Hi not really a newbie but figured this is the best place to ask this question. I create drum tracks in Acid pro7. Then render them with tempo and bring them into Reaper and go from there. I do this because I really like the results I get from using Drums on Demand loops. In Acid I can preview loops before dragging them into window and working from there. Here is my question: I know I can drag the loop into Reaper. I can change temp also in Reaper... Right? But my problem is how to preview the loops... is the only way to drag them into track? Or is there a quicker way to preview the loops? Hope I made sense... any help appreciated.

The Media Explorer lets you preview your media files. It also provides you with some options of how the files should be imported into your project.

well there you have it!! I should have known that!.... just needed to read the manual... but it is so tempting to just ask here. Thanks!!! Does everything I was doing in Acid.
