S/PDIF input and monitoring

OK, I am able to mess up something else today... I have a Roland XV5050 - I am taking the S/pdif out into the 002 S/Pdif (1 & 2)in . I have the input of the track(stereo) routed from the S/pdif... I REC enable the track...I see input on the meter (led's) and get nothing in the monitor. I can plug the headphones direct to the XV and I have output... But I can't for some reason get it out of the 002. I tried routing to an AUX in and monitor that but nothing also. Thank you for all. D-

OK, I will now answer my own question. Are you ready? You have to turn off your Low Latency Monitoring for audio to pass from the S/PDIF in..... Taa-Daaa I am a freakin' genius aren't I? Man, I kill me So, in case anyone else has had or may have the same problem, Now we know! D- as always ->

if im not mistaken, you shouldnt have to turn off low latency monitoring....while we are on this issue once again, has everyone had good luck with installing the digi patch that was supposed to fix this problem of LLM while routing in via spdif?
